Why us
The IT partner you actually want to recommend
Most IT providers chase margin. We chase outcomes — and the kind of word-of-mouth that fills a calendar.
- Response in minutes
- Average ticket response under 15 minutes during business hours. After-hours emergencies covered too.
- Plain-English communication
- No jargon. We explain trade-offs in business terms so non-technical owners can make confident decisions.
- Documentation you own
- Passwords, configs, vendor contacts, runbooks — all yours, fully documented. No vendor lock-in.
- Vendor-neutral advice
- We don't push products for margin. We pick the right tool for your situation, even if it's not the most profitable for us.
FAQ
Common questions before you hire us
Things people ask before booking a call. If yours isn't here, just ask on the contact form — we answer every inquiry within one business day.
How much do your managed IT services cost?
Pricing is per-user or per-device, depending on your environment. For most small offices, plans land between $89 and $179 per user per month for fully managed support. We give you a written quote after a free 30-minute discovery call — no surprise invoices, no per-ticket charges.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
Average ticket response is under 15 minutes during US business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–8 PM ET). Emergencies and after-hours incidents are covered too — your written contract specifies the exact SLA.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. After an initial 90-day onboarding period our agreements are month-to-month. If we're not earning your business, you can leave with 30 days notice and we hand over all documentation.
Are you US-based and do you support clients only in the US?
We work remote-first across all US time zones. We focus on US clients because labor law, vendor relationships, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2 readiness) are jurisdiction-specific.
What's the difference between you and a break-fix IT shop?
Break-fix providers earn revenue when something goes wrong, so they have an incentive to be slow. We charge a predictable monthly fee that includes unlimited tickets — so we earn revenue by keeping your systems running smoothly. Different business model, very different outcomes.
Will I own my documentation and passwords?
Yes — always. From day one we set up a password vault that belongs to you, plus written runbooks, network diagrams, and a full asset inventory. If you ever leave us, you walk away with everything. No vendor lock-in.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Both. We administer tenants, run migrations, set up MFA and conditional access, manage SharePoint/OneDrive or Google Drive, and optimize license cost. About 70% of our clients run M365; the rest are on Google.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding takes 1–2 weeks for a typical small business. We inventory devices and accounts, deploy monitoring and endpoint protection, document vendor contacts, and set up secure access — all without disrupting your team's day-to-day work.
